SUNSERVE WOMEN 4 WOMEN IS STARTING
An 8 week group for women with chronic medical issues
eight weeks of exploration how living with chronic illnesses affects our lives, our relationships and work how to cope with symptoms, issues of disability and more!
This group will be facilitated by Dr. Maureen Hoyt Psy.D., who is a licensed psychologist in Broward County who has worked with a wide variety of people and enjoys offering services such as group psychotherapy

DUMP THE PUMP DAY (MIAMI)

Thursday is Dump the Pump Day. Commuters everywhere use this day to take a break from gridlock by using mass transit instead of their personal vehicles. The hope is, if you try public transit just once, you'll want to make it an everyday part of your life. Since gas prices are starting to creep up again, stick it to the man by not using your car.
Tomorrow, touch base with the boss so s/he knows what's happening and doesn’t give you a hard time about your work schedule.
